Outpatient services at BNH and all MOH dispensaries charges its patients for outpatient services and prescription medications using the MOH fee sliding fee scale. If you have enough funds in your MSA to cover for medical bill expense, you will not be charged out of pocket. If you do not have enough funds in your MSA to cover for medical bill expense, the difference will be charged to your out-of-pocket.
